1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Look For Leads LLC (“Look For Leads”, “LFL”, “we”).
LFL is the parent company of Global Web Builders LLC.
LFL processes all payments for both brands.
2. Services Provided
LFL provides:
- Lead generation
- Lead delivery
- Lead replacement per quality standards
GWB provides:
Design, development, SEO, branding, content creation, digital marketing
—but all payments for these services are processed through LFL.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment required before service delivery
- Payment for both LFL and GWB is processed under Look For Leads LLC
- Customer authorizes LFL to use documentation from either brand for billing validatio
4. Dispute Resolution
Customer agrees that LFL may:
- Use communications, contracts, and project files from either LFL or GWB
Submit evidence from either brand to defend a payment dispute
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Client-side errors
- Inaccurate information provided by the customer
Third-party platform issues
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
