Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies to: Lead generation services sold by LFL, and payments processed by LFL for GWB services.
1. Payment Processing Disclosure
Look For Leads LLC processes all transactions for:
- Lead generation orders (LFL)
- Design, development, branding, SEO, and digital marketing services (GWB)
Customers buying GWB services acknowledge their payment will be processed by LFL.
2. Lead Generation Refunds (LFL Services)
A. All Sales Final
Due to the digital and consumable nature of leads, lead purchases are non-refundable once delivered.
B. Lead Replacement Guarantee
If a lead:
- Does not meet qualification criteria
- Contains incorrect or missing agreed-upon information
- Has invalid contact details
A 1:1 replacement is provided at no extra cost.
Reported within 72 hours.
3. Cancellation Before Work Begins
Orders may be canceled before lead generation work starts.
Once work has begun, cancellations are not possible.
4. Evidence & Shared Brand Documentation Clause
Customers agree that:
- LFL may submit email communications, project notes, and service logs from either LFL or GWB
- Both brands’ communication channels may serve as proof of authorization, service delivery, or customer approval
This is required for merchant compliance and dispute management.
