Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Look For Leads LLC, we prioritize client satisfaction through professional delivery of lead generation, digital marketing, and web development services. We value transparency and fairness in our dealings, and this policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be requested.

1. Scope of Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Look For Leads LLC, including but not limited to:

  1. Lead generation and telemarketing
  2. SEO and advertising campaigns
  3. CRM setup and integrations
  4. Consulting and strategy
  5. Web development and design services

2. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations:
Clients may cancel ongoing services at any time by submitting a written request to contact@lookforleads.com. However, cancellations do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Contract-Based Services:
For services governed by a contract (including monthly retainers or development timelines), clients are required to follow the cancellation terms specified in the agreement, including notice periods and payment obligations. Cancellation requests will be honored only after contractual obligations are fulfilled.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered under limited circumstances due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of our services:

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Non-Initiated Services: Full or partial refunds may be issued if services are not started within the promised timeframe due to internal delays.

Missed Deliverables: If specific deliverables agreed in writing (e.g., number of leads, SEO audits) are not met, a partial refund may be considered.

Campaign Cancellation Before Launch: For ad campaigns, if canceled before launch, a refund may be offered after deducting platform fees and setup costs.

Web Development

Project Not Started: If a web development project has not been initiated, a full refund may be requested.

Partial Work Completed: In cases where only part of a project has been completed, a proportional refund may be offered based on milestones or hours delivered.

Client Delays: If a project is delayed due to a client’s failure to provide necessary content or feedback, no refund will be issued for time/resources allocated during the wait period.

Third-Party Tools or Plugins: Any purchases or integrations made on behalf of the client (e.g., premium themes, plugins, hosting) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for a refund:

Services already rendered, including:

  1. Completed or in-progress web design/development work
  2. Launched marketing campaigns or SEO strategies
  3. Completed consultation sessions

Work performed under hourly billing or retainers

Third-party expenses (e.g., ad spend, domain registration, plugin licenses, CRMs)

5. Refund Request & Process

How to Request:
Email your request to contact@lookforleads.com with the subject “Refund Request” and include:

  1. Your name/company name
  2. Services purchased
  3. Date of purchase
  4. Reason for the request

Review Timeline:
Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
